Custom E-shirt Logos and Signs

1. Requirements - Please provide a computer file of the image, Pantone #'s for any custom colors, image dimensions, and proposed modulation patterns. Adobe Illustrator EPS files are ideal for this purpose and can be easily emailed. If a computer file is unavailable, send a hard copy of your image via mail. We will convert your image to an EPS file for an additional charge.
    
2. Tooling/Set Up Fees - Cost is based upon the following variables: a) image size b) number of colors c) number of independent flashing patterns and; d) complexity of patterns. Additional size, colors, and flashing patterns increase set up fees and unit cost. To provide an estimate, please provide the proposed image, dimensions, flashing information, etc., and we will give an accurate quote within five business days.
    
3. Minimum Order - Initial custom orders are no less than 1000 units. Exceptions can be made, but cost is usually a substantial amount more for a limited run.
    
4. Lead Time - Lead Time is dependent upon three factors: a) difficulty of design b) manufacturing space availability and; c) order backlog. Accurate lead times can be best achieved by following the steps outlined in items 2 & 3 above.
