Return Policy:

Flipo Group, Ltd. will accept a return for exchange or for refund provided the merchandise is returned in original condition and with its original retail packaging within 30 days from date of shipment. Merchandise must be returned with an R/A number in order to be accepted and to avoid a service charge. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return and a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product. Flipo Group, Ltd. will not accept returns of products damaged as a result of misuse or neglect.

Limited Warranty:

Flipo Group, Ltd. warrants that, for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment that, under normal use, its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage caused in shipping. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FLIPO GROUP, LTD. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

International Orders :

On any orders delivered to anywhere outside of the United States and it's territories, the customer or its shipping agents will be responsible for:

• paying all customs duties and import fees imposed, levied or assessed in the distribution or importation of any product ordered from Flipo and
• paying such customs fees to the appropriate authorities.

The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Flipo Group, Ltd. from any liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, incurred by the customer arising out of the customer or its shipping agent's collection and payment of any and all applicable Customs Fees.

In addition, all credit cards originating from anywhere outside of the United States must have the same name and billing address as the individual placing the order. Flipo Group Ltd. reserves the right to demand proof of credit card ownership and cancel any order in which such proof cannot be provided.
